The venture capitalists make their own assessments of the company and determine if it is suffiently attrative or not. Together with the venture capitalist's investment in the portfolio company Chalmersinvest sells some of its ownership to the venture capitalist. At the same time as the venture capitalist assumes responsibility for an active role Chalmersinvest's working contributions decrease. If a portfolio company is not successful within two years in attracting any venture capitalist, Chalmersinvest will terminate its ownership and active participation. |
