so that parties in question obtain good result-based value growth,
so that Chalmers' requirements for development and return are attained.

As soon as a company has established itself and early growth can be seen, other venture capitalists shall step in, whereupon invested capital and parts of upcoming value growth can be realised, whilst remaining and future value growth is realised when the company later being sold or put out onto the stock market.
